Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Marauder Hosting, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Service and accounts

Hosting accounts provide access to the customer dashboard and Panel. A free account may request one free server. Paid servers are created only after the applicable payment succeeds. Paid customers may purchase multiple servers, subject to available capacity and reasonable abuse controls.

Payments, late payment, and cancellations

Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You authorise Stripe to collect those charges. You can manage eligible subscriptions through the billing portal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise and our Refund Policy.

If a payment fails, we will send a notice immediately and reminders on days 7, 14, 21, and 28. Unless the balance is settled or an exception is approved, we may suspend and remove the affected service from the Hosting dashboard on day 30 and apply a late fee equal to 50% of the overdue plan charge. We may permanently delete the affected service and its data on day 45. You are responsible for maintaining backups. We may pause reminders, waive a charge, or cancel deletion at our discretion, but no waiver is effective unless confirmed by us.

Where lawful and appropriate after manual review, we reserve the right to pursue an unpaid balance through a debt-recovery process or agency. You may be responsible for reasonable recovery costs where permitted by law. Our software does not automatically refer accounts or personal information to a debt collection agency.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, malware, phishing, denial-of-service activity, unauthorised access, spam, copyright infringement, or activity that risks the network or other customers. We may suspend or terminate services that violate these terms or threaten safety or reliability.

Your content and backups

You remain responsible for your bots, data, configurations, and backups. We may remove or restrict content when necessary to operate the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. The Service Level Agreement describes service-credit eligibility for paid plans. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marauder Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-data damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Information sharing for enforcement and collection

We may share the minimum personal and account information necessary with payment providers, professional advisers, law enforcement, regulators, or a debt-recovery provider where we have a lawful basis and the sharing is necessary, proportionate, and permitted by applicable law. Any debt-recovery referral is a separate manual decision, not an automated system action. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms with reasonable notice by posting an updated version. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account for material breach, non-payment, or security risk.
