What this policy covers
Marauder Hosting provides bot-hosting services and the customer dashboard at hosting.marauder.live. This policy explains how we use personal information when you use those services.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your email address, password hash, account activity, support messages, billing status, billing reminders, and technical information needed to operate servers. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver and support hosting, process payments, prevent abuse, comply with legal duties, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and processors
We share only what is needed with service providers that run infrastructure, email, payments, and support. Those providers may process data where they operate, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
Payment recovery and disclosures
If an account has an unpaid balance, we may use account and billing information to administer reminders, suspend or delete services, resolve a dispute, and protect our legal rights. Following a separate manual review, we may share the minimum necessary information with professional advisers or a debt-recovery provider to pursue a valid unpaid balance, but only where we have identified an appropriate lawful basis and the sharing is necessary, proportionate, secure, and permitted by applicable law. Our software does not automatically forward personal information to a debt collection agency.
Retention and security
We retain account and service records for as long as your account is active and afterwards only as necessary for legal, security, billing, and dispute-resolution purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update account details, request access, correction, deletion, or portability where applicable, and raise a privacy concern by contacting support. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions, contact us through the support channel linked in the dashboard. We may update this policy; the current version will always be published here.
